I purchased E 75 phones. Nokia had to change three phone hand set in 4 months. This piece will not work as the model was faulty and later Nokia withdrew the model. Seeing my predicament, they promised to give me N 97.
These guys are cheat as they gave me old , scratched Hand set , which will not work and they agreed that this piece is faulty. In bargain they destroyed all my data. Nokia very abusively told me that if I am not happy , they will give me refund. Suddenly they came out with a condition that replacement will be done in the city where I purchased and I have to surrender original invoice. I pleaded that I don’t have original invoice. They advised me to through A Rs30000.00 junk piece and buy another phone.
Unfortunately, there is no escalation matrix on Nokia website and they seems to be in business of cheating and fraud by selling defective and rejected pieces in India.
