If you would like a hotel with a gorgeous view , a little away from the hustle bustle of the main mall , but close enough to walk into it , Nork Hill is just the place to stay . The whole environment is very Oriental . Rooms are small and ours didnt have television but we hardly went all the way to Gangtok to see TV . We enjoyed the lobby area to the fullest .
Hotel Tashi Delek is more accessible and central but takes a beating when we compare it to Nork hill’s charm
When in Gangtok , visiting the Tsangu Lake is a must. The drive up itself is very exciting .
