Hello, this is not a good trimmer. Following are some of the problems I faced:
1) The body had scratches on it when the first time I opened it, even though the seal was attached.
2) The blade is not good. Instead of trimming and cutting the hair, plucks the hair, and believe me, its very painful.
3) The battery casing is poor. The cover always falls off and battery becomes visible.
4) Sometimes the trimmer stops working while your using it and causes irritation on skin.
5) I used the bundled oil once, but it leaked all over the device.
6) The extra didn’t work too well. They ate cutting longer than they promise.
Overall, I totally not recommend this product. Please use instead a Phillips or some other brand.
