I got Nova trimmer 3 days back delivered. Today I started using it and have to see failure in functionality of a trimmer. Trimmer looks good when you start using it, you get to experience worst. Rather trimming it get hold to beard and pulls out your beard. It doesn’t trim but pinches.
Product is only good to see in showcase but not worth taking it even at free of cost when we have to trim.
The product that I have received in my order was okay but some items were missing like Comb Scissors pouch and cleaning oil.
