I bought the Nova BT - 305 Pop Up Toaster. It is not user friendly. It gives too much heat and use so much power to work. The durability of this toaster is less. Sometime it heats too much that the bread burns. Sometimes it doesn’t start also. The design of this toaster is good but there is no need of style if it doesn’t work properly. The customer service and support is also not good. The don’t answer to our complaints properly. So I prefer not to buy Nova BT - 305 Pop Up Toaster.
