The Nova BT - 305 Pop Up Toaster is a very bad toaster. It works good in starting but later after using sometime it gives too much heat and burns the toast. The durability of this toaster is very less. Sometime the problem occurs while switching it on. The design of this toaster is not too good. The customer service is very bad. They don’t answer to customer’s complaints properly. This toaster is not reliable. So I recommend not to but Nova BT - 305 Pop Up Toaster.
