They will force you to pay Rs 5000 as booking charges . They will promise you we will return you the booking charges rs 5000 if you didnt get buy house or plot with us. when you ask for your booking charges they will not return as they promised . They will not tell direct NO, they will tell surly give this week . but wont even care about that . they are really frauds . Dont believe
