Hello friend my name is Ramprakash today I am I got this product before 3 month ago , with in 3 weeks the trimmer does not charging as well . I try alot of times but the chaging led flash for 2 or 3 minutes . and it does not cut any of my beard hairs . so when I went for private repair shop , the man told s me that the coil and the battery will be replaced because they qre not working . and it will be around 300 or 400 budget of repairing, and the total cost of this product is around 350 and 450. So guys, in my opinion dont trust their product, . This product is just waste of money
