Hi friends my name is ashok kumar. Actually I have used this product before 2 weeks. I don’t like this product. Why because it have low battery power. Charging is again again decreased. So nova ns-3909 trimmer is a bad trimmer. Because it doesn’t have a soft trimming. Cost is also I dont like this product. So please improve the charging of nova trimmers. And please change some parts. And in nova trimmer also I dont like the trimming adjustments. And please down this prize cost. And Thank you so much. So it is a average product
