I am a customer of novanet from past 2 years. I was tired of local cable net provider. At the same time some pamphlet was in my house which was showing service of Novanet. It seems genuine and good. Plans were better than which I had at the time.
I planned to change the service. They installed the net and waved of installation charges I already had cables.
For first one year it was working perfectly. I renewed plans and then problem started. Dropping of internet connectivity is too much and very much annoying. Customer care has only one line and always busy.Sometimes speed is very slow and pathetic. I am again searching for good internet provider .
