I love staying in hotels, especially in hotels where hospitality is tremendous. I have been to tens of hotels out of which at least 15-20 were 5 and 4 star hotels. Among them, Novotel, Visakhapatnam stands tall and has a special place.
Stayed there for 3 nights on Feb 2017 and the experience was so pleasant. I was sent a vehicle to the airport, and had a smooth journey to the hotel.
Booked a sea front suite room and that was the best view that I ever had during all my travelling all over the country! I have seen many pictures posted by cricket players and other celebrities praising the view from Novotel but never expected this!
Check-in was done smoothly and with ease. Boy took me to the room and the service was too good. I was pretty impressed with the room maintenance. All amenities were present, but charged at the end!
What I liked the most in the hotel were Pool and restaurants. Pool was super clean and looks so good. And Food, there were 3 restaurants - Square, Infinity and Zafran. They were international, chines or other and Regional. I have been to Infinity and Square. Taj, Mumbai is the best at presentation and Novotel stands next to it in my list. And the best amond all was the bakery items! loved those pastries! OMG! You’ll love them! They were made by chef, Ms. Lalita as I inquired about.
Will I suggest you to this? Of course yes I would love to! But obviously it is pricey as it is a 5-star rated hotel.
