Recently we visited Novotel - Sirisuseri as we had booked it for our Company’s softskill training program.The food quality was below par and the prices for the package are way too high.
The ambience of the hotel is good and the banquet staff are courteous.The food is good but priced too high.The coffee and tea served to us had a burnt smell due to the milk.The hotel also has a distance factor as it is too far away from the city.
Overall it is a hotel below par its standards for its pricing.
