After buying a PC in November 1999, I first took a connection of MTNL. It was a very nice experience. After that I took a NOW ISP connection. I have the monthly bill system. I liked the monthly bill system but surely did not like the speed of the connection. It is far too slow from what I expected it to be. There was a lot of hypw when it came into the market but there isn’t much stuff which will make NOW ISP grow. But another important factor is the correspondence between the customer and the provider. NOWhas a 24 hrs helpline which really works. This was not so in the MTNL duration (it might have changed now).The speed of NOW sometimes goes awfully slow. But the connection never breaks.
