Noxzema Cream in the familiar blue jar,
has been around (it seems) for ever!..
I first purchased it from a store on the Airforce Base,
in Warrington England 1957.
My first thought upon opening up the jar, was that it looked
creamy white.
Then after scooping out a bit of the cream
I noticed that it was not as smooth to the touch
as usual face creams,
it had more of a medicinal smell also.
I was not at the time, very impressed with it,
as it was supposed to be an all purpose cream!
I decided to try it as a face wash
It is water soluble so it worked well.
While on vacation I fell asleep in the sun, and got a terrible
Sunburn! I tried everything to stop the pain, nothing worked!
Then I decided to smear Noxzema all over in a thick layer!
It soothed the pain considerably, the skin still peeled,
but most of the pain was gone!
For that reason alone Noxzema is a wonderful product.
Used as a Face wash, it leaves your skin nice and fresh!
I would recommend it for that.
All-in-all I think it has a place in everyones bathroom.
Can be used by both Men and Women..
