I have ordered a mouse on their Website. Delivery has delayed for 15 days. NTP store didn’t respond to any of my calls or messages. After 15 days of order they answer my call and told me the package is missing and will give refund. For refund also I need to follow up with them for 3 days . I wouldn’t recommend this unless the price is worth this much trouble.
