I was badly burned during a laser hair removal treatment and had to seek medical attention and the management of NU won’t even take calls or respond to my complaint. I was so badly injured I couldn’t sit for a week. I still have scars. They are irresponsible and untrained therapists conduct the procedures unsupervised by medical professionals
