They have many plants which are priced exorbitantly and also doesnt survive for long. They will invariably say that it was your fault that you dont know how to keep a plant alive. I would say they then run education program and also provide leaflets with exact instructions on how to make the plants thrive.
What is worst is that they run campaigns to provide free plants - firstly they give these plants in phases and then also ask for delivery charges which makes it not worth it.
If something is free, it should be totally free. If delivery or any other changes are to be paid then they should mention that upfront so one doesnt waste time giving them our contact details which they will misuse.
