Ordered plants a few weeks ago. Kept following up for an update. They kept saying that it is ready for dispatch in 2-3 days. No actual timeline was given. Then they changed it to 7 days. Now the order status is reprocessing. They are not responsive and don’t tell you anything. They are not cancelling the order or refunding it. It’s a waste.
