This is the worst gardening website I’ve ever seen. I’ve placed orders with Ugaoo, trustbasket, allthatgrows, Biocarve, Paudhshala, peppyflora, and others, and each time I’ve had a positive experience. I ordered from #nurserylive(prepaid) a month ago and have yet to hear from them. There have been no updates, no responses, and no deliveries! I wrote to their customer support, reached out to them on Instagram and Facebook, but to no avail, and no reimbursement. They simply don’t care about their customers, and they have received numerous payments without delivering.
