Total bad customer relations

Two instances:




  1. Pre paid Order placed on 8 Oct 22. Raised query on 25/10/22 as order not shipped. Got a bullshit reply that we are closed for Diwali and order will be shipped on 10 Nov. Asked for order cancellation and refund due to inordinate delay. Result: Blocked by customer care. Product still not delivered.




  2. Prepaid order placed on 16 Nov. 22. Wrong product delivered. Took it up with Customer care and got a bullshit reply and again blocked by customer care.






Unethical company with ill trained customer care. Avoid dealing with them.
