Never purchase any product from this brand. In fact Amazon must delist their entire range of products. I bought a blender on Oct 7 and it stopped working just after 10 days. They took 40 days to respond and issued a pickup on Nov 14. Again they took a month to respond after my repeated calls and messages, and issued me a gift card for a new blender. And it arrived in a broken state. When I 0asked for refund after 75 days, they instantly texted it’s not possible and issue a replacement, when usually their response time is a month, and now continue to ignore. Kindly avoid at all costs.
