This review is for online order booking not for the product usage. Product was not tried at all.
I have ordered an item on 21-05-2019 from Nutralyfe seeing online add where it was mentioned first order is free. While placing the order it sent the OTP code to enter. I was not aware that need to pay however, after entering the OTP the final page displays the amount to pay. The Order was placed at 2.17pm. I immediately called customer service and canceled the order via phone as online order cancel option was not provided.
To my surprise, I received the courier the following day. I returned the same and called customer service again to know why the order was not canceled even if called within 10 minutes of placing the order. The customer service checked and found that order was canceled after 30 minutes of placing the order.
Lodge complaint at customer service to check the same as order cancellation timing is incorrect. While talking the call got disconnected without informing the complaint number.
In my phone call history, yesterday timing is not mentioned which telecom firms knew and do not display the same to the customer. This is the loopholes IT firms aware of many customers would have been impacted. So, in the records, they are making the incorrect history of the consumer as he or she does not have call time history until if it is a postpaid connection.
I would request license approval authorities for these E-commerce companies to give proper information for the customer as proof while doing any interaction online if any order is canceled via phone. I have attached the snapshot of the call history made to Nutralyfe.
Being aware customer in the metro this was tracked, otherwise, incorrect transaction history is made for right customers.
