as we all know there are many source of protien for non vegetarians but when muscle building for vegetarians then the question arises where do we get protien or what is high source of protien so here it is nutrela soya chunks they have lot of protien as per 100 gm of these chunks contains 51 gm of protien which is more then enough as our body digest about 25 to 35 gm of protien in one diet
