Guys today I am going to share my opinion and experience about ruchi brands nutrela soya chunks which is full of protein which is required for our body specially person who do not take non veg items.taste of nutrela is great and I regularly use it.
I am not a vegetarian but I like its taste. I bought1kg pack of it which cost me 110 rs local market, in super market you have to invest 120 rs.nutritional value is high in it. Calories 226 Total fat 0g
