I have recently been using these daily multi vitamins from Nutrilite for about 2 months. I saw them on a website and thought I would give them a try. I researched them and they were compared to Centrum vitamins. They are said to have a lot more of each vitamin per pill.
They are not too big, and they are very easy to swallow with water. I have been taking other multi-vitamins for years now and I have not come across a better one then these.Just for the ease of use. They have no aftertaste and do not leave a nasty taste on my tongue when I am trying to swallow them. They have tons of different vitamins in them.the more I can get, the better!. I have been taking one a day and have not had any complaints yet.
