I bought this tab in the month of April. On 25th Aug it started to hang and switch off automatically. I approach their service center and handed over the tab for testing. After three days I called them up and ask about the progress. They told me to call the tech people for further information and I called them again on same day they told me the problem is in motherboard.
The person on the line asked me to call tomorrow for detail info. On the second day the person himself called me and informed me that the tab is repaired the motherboard has replaced and is ready for delivery. Since then the tab is working fine.
