Never ever buy the stupid nxg products.Nxg is a cheap stupid company which imports and rebrands cheap chinese toys and boast as if they are owners of the industry !
I had bought the xtab a10 plus model for 8000 inr, which started giving problems from day one. The stupid product couldn’t even last six months. it’s display cracked one day. Battery died before that. It was lasting a maximum of half hour after 24 hours of charge. Battery shows always full, which is a sign of dying battery. While in warranty, when I sent it to service centre, the money hungry guys told me to pay 5500 inr to fix the tab(Nowadays, new and better dual core powered tabs cost less than 5000 INR)!!!
What a cheap trick by nxg to rob customers!!!The tab had innumerable problems, like, Back cover has a creaking sound, The tab could never read a pen drive/supported net setter/any usb device due to faulty hardware. The accessories are very cheap quality.usb cable never worked from day one.so is the otg cable.very stupid product.
Stay away from nxg.
