I initially received a damaged item and requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement also arrived broken. I then requested a refund, but the courier company has rejected multiple pickup attempts.
Despite my efforts to reach out for support, I have not received any response. Nykaa’s refusal to issue a refund is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret to say that this will be my last purchase with Nykaa.
