NYKAA E-RETAIL LTD is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had ordered 10 products from Nykaa. It got delivered almost after 3 weeks.
One of the product was not delivered along with the parcel. Still, status of the product is showing as’Delivered’. I tried calling customer care. Nobody is answering the call. I contacted them through a mail, Ticket ID’s were generated on my multiple complaints. But nobody has contacted me yet.
I would say, don’t ever buy any product from Nykaa.
