Nykaa was always my favorite to shop beauty products, for my wedding every product I bought from here, there delivery was always prompt and customer service was helpful.
Why I am using "was" in every compliment as this was in past, recently I ordered from Nykaa and I am really disappointed, they started delaying in product delivery, has no proper tracking details,
tracking details does not match with the courier website status.
The order have not arrived yet as per the estimated delivery date, the customer care always just taking my request but no further solution I received.
I already paid more than 50% of the payable amount.
In fact earlier there was a direct Chat box used to open on Nykaa desktop page now nothing there to help you.
On mobile app there is a chat option but that is BOT, you will get response as per your MCQ answers.
Really I never expected this being oldest client of this site.
Earlier some of my friends received damaged product also from Nykaa but still I relied on it as I always received best but now I guess the more they became popular they lost interest to give proper service to their clients, seems they do not want to retain any customer.
