I ordered two products from Nykaa on 28th May out of which one was delivered to me on 2nd of June and the other one on 1st of June. The product that I received on the 2nd was wrongly delivered for which I Immediately requested return and it was pickedup and the refund was initiated. The other product which I received on 1st had some size issues for which I requested the return on the 3rd of June for which the return window was still open. On the same day the delivery person came and took the product but I did not received any message until the evening that the product has been picked up.Later that evening suddenly I received the message from nykaa that the return has been cancelled without specifying any reason. I spoke with the customer care and they verified everything and said that they will speak with the courier team and update. Now I get the response after almost 15-20 days that the investigation was done and found that the product was not picked up. They have refused to provide me with any kind of explanation and nor they are refunding the money. I had chat with them for almost half an hour and all they could say was we investigated and we did not received any product. Nor they provided with any kind of proof of investigation. Worst experience till date with such a big brand
