Nykaa

I had a very bad experience by Nykaa, I had ordered a sunscreen which I recieved on January 30th.The delivery agent was a very rude man who was not even talking properly on phone.I had to give him 595 rupees and unfortunately I didnt have change.I gave him 1000 rupees asking him to transfer the change online.He first pretended to do something on his phone, then citing network issue moved a little farther and then moved quickly, jumped on his bike and drove off.I want my 400 rupees back.Nykaa is not taking any responsibility or resolving my issue.They wont even reduce a rupee if they dont get profit, then how can they usurp their customers money?Our money is also valuable for us.I had opened the door and trusted that agent because he was from Nykaa.I had no idea that he was a thief.Now, I think about it, he could have done anything, they are employing goons because its the customers who have to deal with them.Obviously, any hassle caused by them to you is none of thier concern.They are shamelessly selfish.
