I have been ordering from Nykaa from last 2 years and this time I received a fake parfum which is quite unusual as I’d ordered the same parfum twice in the past that was genuine. The sad part is the after sales service which is horrible and the company is not responding to my emails and chat support is bullshit as the guy did not help and keep on saying that is there any thing else I can help you with... What the heck is that.. This is an expensive parfum and I really want to get the quality product if I am paying the full amount.. Someone who owns this website really need to do something as this is pathetic to ruin name as I don’t feel like buying anything from this website... I really want this to be sorted and my parfum replaced with a genuine one..
