Extremely Disappointing Experience with Nykaa - Never Again!
This is my second review for the same order, and Im beyond frustrated with Nykaa at this point. I recently bought a t-shirt that turned out to be too small. After initiating a return, the entire process has been a complete disaster. The return was mishandled, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team, Ive received no resolution no refund, no exchange, and absolutely no accountability.
Ive had to repeat the same issue over and over, and nothing seems to get done. Their customer service is a joke, and the return/exchange process feels like you’re begging them for every single step. Its completely unacceptable, especially for a first-time buyer.
I do not recommend Nykaa to anyone. This was my first and last order, and Im officially done with the app.
