I ordered Philips Hair Dryer from this place and got it within a week of delivery. When I opened the packet, the product was a used one. I tried contacting the customer, and placed my query, they said someone will come and pick up the product which after 3-4 days of waiting, no one came nor did any calls came. So I wrote a mail to them, to which a delivery came after 7-8 days which in itself was very disappointing. They asked for pics, to which after replying again I waited for some days.
It took them more them 30 days to give a final resolution to my problem I was very disappointed.
