Order Delay from past 2 days Worst Experience Ever
I am extremely disappointed with this companys service. My order was supposed to be delivered by 4th July, and today is 5th July, yet it hasnt even been shipped. How can they run a business like this?
Customers trust the delivery date mentioned on the app when placing an order. If they cant ship on time, they shouldnt promise a delivery date they cant keep. I have been waiting for days with no update, and its completely unacceptable.
If they cant fulfill orders on time, they shouldnt mislead customers with false delivery promises. This has been the worst experience everI will never order from them again and I dont recommend anyone else to either.
