Since July 9th, they called me and asked to wait for delivery, then they said my mobile is not reachable, on 9th, then on 10th the courier service people...don’t respond to my calls, then on 11th July, I had lodged a complaint, in the grevience , I sent mail and they sent just an electronic generated email, after which they did not respond...and on 11th evening I got a message that the order has been delivered which I did not receive . My order number is NYK - 48134986- 8684620.
