nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I ordered a Vaadi facial bar that was on offer the day I ordered it. after 10 days of ordering it when I didn’t received the product, I called up their customer care and was told that it will be shipped the next day from Mumbai and I’ll receive it within 2 days in Pune.
The 3rd day again I called them and received the same reply that it will be shipped tomorrow. But to my despair even after 16 days of ordering it I did not received the product. When the 3rd time I called them I was again given the same reply.
I was told the product is out of stock and I’ll have to wait for another 1 week and blah blah and after that they started asking me to cancel my order. Finally I cancelled my order after 28 days.
So customers, please don’t get lured by the offers they have. Maybe they’ll do the same that these people did to me. After such bad experience, I am never going to buy anything from nykaa.
