I’ve ordered FACES nailpaints. I’ve got the damaged product. I’ve requested for return and refund. On 23rd sep, one person named Mr. Gulab came from Delhivery for return pick up. Then again on 24th sep, one person called me for return pick up. I told him that product has been picked up already. I didn’t get any notification through mail or msg neither got the return receipt. Now these people are not taking any interest for giving me a refund. Such a fraudsters and cheater company. I’ve to follow then up on email, Facebook. But they are not having any concern. Don’t use Nykaa. It’s been almost a week and I didnt get any update that they have already got their product and not ready to give my money back.
