Worst customer service you people provide. Since last friday i.e 5th july my order is out for delivery, its been one week and around 4 times I have called customer service but yet I haven’t received any update from your team, neither the order is delivered. It seems you guys are least bothered about it. How can you people be so casual when a person it contacting so many times but there’s no solution provided. Kindly cancel my order # NYK-27428903-5948733 and provide instant refund. Very disappointing
