Worst Customer Service Ever...U buy & then u cry

Nykaa might be offering cosmetics at great discounts but what happens after you receive the courier then nykaa gotta do nothing with your concerns or issues or the unlimited no. of times you try calling them or write emails.


You will not receive a reply for 2 weeks in my case. Every single day I’ve been emailing them regarding an order of mine and trying to call but NYKAA has literally made me cry and pull my hair outta frustration and anger as I’ve paid and now the product is useless and my money is stuck.


I fail to understand if NYKAA is truly an example of a company who valued you while growing and once its successful they don’t really care of the patience and loyalty which helped them grow. I guess success has hit nykaa so hard that it simply doesn’t care of the customer any more. Customer is no longer important if emails are not replied or customer service no. has a permanent busy note.


Literally the case of Nykaa if IF YOU BUSY FROM NYKAA THEN REMEMBER YOU WILL CRY LATER.


I can guarantee you if your loyal or stay or long NYKAA will take you for granted. Hence please do not buy and waste your money and time. Amazon and Jabong have better details with better customer service.
