I had a very poor experience both times I shopped at Nykaa. The first time half the items were out of stock and we found out only after we placed the order. Maybe we could have chosen to buy all the items together elsewhere.
The second time they sent me a Natio product unsealed in damaged condition and when I complained they replaced it with an equally damaged one.
