I have had bad experiences with various ecommerce sites in terms of customer support or delivery time but with Nykaa my experience has been the worse. I wanted to buy Dermatologica Meet Kit.
I checked the kit content information provided by Nykaa in the description section and even confirmed the kit content with their customer support over email. However, after getting the confirmation. when I ordered the kit with full payment in advance, they sent me something else.
All the product sizes in the kit were much smaller than what was mentioned on the site as well as what was confirmed to me by their team.
First I thought that has been done by mistake, so I asked them to send me the correct product which I had ordered for. However, they did not even bother to reply to me even after I had sent them atleast 5-6 emails.
I had heard alot about Nykaa and thats why even though I was getting better discounts on other sites, I went ahead with the order and paid the amount in advance and this is what I received in the end. Wrong kit contents with much smaller products and no response from them although they knew that they were at fault. Worst experience. Not going to either order or recommend to anyone.
