★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Appalled by Nykaa Fashions Apathy and Unethical Practices

I am utterly disappointed with the unprofessional, misleading, and indifferent service Ive received from Nykaa Fashion. I placed an order on 5th October. Not only was the delivery delayed without any intimation, but my follow-up emails were ignored until I escalated the matter strongly.
When they finally responded, it was not even to my latest email but to an earlier one they had skippedclearly a tactic to appear responsive while avoiding the actual issue. Their repeated emails were robotic, evasive, and customer-blaming, explaining why they cant cancel, why they cant provide a timeline, and expecting me to continue waiting.
To make it worse:
The product was wrongly marked as shipped, disabling cancellation.
The estimated delivery date was bizarrely changed to 1st Novemberalmost a month later.
Their solution? Refuse the parcel when it arrives, and then wait 57 business days AFTER they get it back to maybe see a refund.
This is customer harassment, plain and simple.
No accountability, no urgency, no ownership.
Just a string of cut-paste emails and zero empathy.
Nykaa Fashion may claim to be a premium platform, but this experience shows a shocking lack of ethics, transparency, and basic customer service.
I will never order from Nykaa Fashion again, and I urge others to think twice before trusting them with your money or your time.
