Pathetic experience from NYka, no support just dialogue, they will give the delivery the next day but when defective product come up , u have to call again and again to get the pickup, they have hired one Tapori courier partner called Shadowfax whose delivery boy will talk with utter nonsense, in tapori language, not letting customer talk and just throws attitude, n how many complaints u logged , nothing will happen, u have to call service again n again, was getting better pricing with Myntra, my bad that I went with nyka for which I have to waste my time and peace of mind in calling to their service again n again but no use
