nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product quality is nice. Delivery time is ok. They can do next day delivery. Customer service is worst. Pakaging is nice but not attractive. Nykaa have female customers more than male.so I think packaging should be little bit attractive to increase there sales rate.
