10 Days, No Product, No Money Back Poor Service

Review/Complaint: Maine Nykaa se 10 din pehle order kiya tha (Order ID: NYK-29735915-7416782), lekin abhi tak delivery nahi aayi. Customer care se contact karne par unhone order cancel karne ko bola. Maine cancel kiya, par ab tak refund nahi mila. Service bahut slow aur disappointing hai. Aise delay se trust toot jata hai. Agar improvement nahi hua to main future mein kabhi Nykaa se order nahi karunga.
