Months ago I attempted a purchase via net banking with Nykaa, and it didnt work. Bummer. But a couple of weeks ago, I stopped again, and purchased 5 products(ordered 2 quantities of one of the products). Delivered after 5 days, saw that there are only four products. The one I ordered two quantities of, only one was received. Called their customer care, they told me to email, attaching a pic of the invoice and the products I got. No reply. After three days I call again and this guy tries to shut me up with a coupon. The coupon was useless, since it was just above the price of the missing product, and to use it, I had to have a bill amounting more than the coupon. Mind you, I was given no terms of use, the couple code was simply emailed to me after the conversation. Realised what is happening, called again, another guy. Slyly told me to buy something else along with it. And at this point I lost it. Asked for a refund. Got my money back, thank goodness.
Yesterday, my mother received a package from them, she had ordered two lipsticks and a soap. The lipsticks were not the shades she ordered. Again, she was asked to email. Here we go again.
Also want to mention that their invoice is fake. My order showed two barcodes for that particular product(2 quantities, received only one), and my mothers order invoice showed the actual shade names she ordered. These people handling packaging dont do their work properly. Neither is the service satisfactory. They wont acknowledge that a mistake was made on their part instead they try to make a profit out of it.
