nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I place an order from nykaa from 13 may at the time of delivery there assigned delivery partner (expressbee) they send notifications like your parcel is out of delivery at the evening we got message customer rejected the parcel or we are unable to find the given address. They send false notifications even my second parcel was also not received same problem overall there delivery service is pathetic. No customer care solve the issue.
