Delhivery is by far the worst delivery service there is in this country, just google for their reviews. By choosing to use Delhivery for delivery, Nykaa showed the middle finger right after the order was paid for,
Nykaa delivery tracking shows the arrival date as 30th, while Delhivery tracking on their site shows the 1st as delivery date, a full 2 days after the already delayed by 1 day date of 30 as promised by the delivery in 2-3 days while ordering.
Never ordering anything from Nykaa again, even if that’s the only online store where I get what I want to buy.
